Young Nigerian Man Shows Massive Egg Yield from Noiler Chicken Farm

A young Nigerian man who ventured into noiler chicken poultry farming is now reaping the rewards as his birds reach maturity and begin laying eggs in large quantities.

From Day-Old Chicks to Egg-Laying Hens

The enterprising farmer, known on TikTok as @best_noilers_layers.farm, started raising his noiler chickens from day-old chicks. He housed them in a modern multi-tier cage system that facilitates easy waste management. Each tier has a flat board covered with wood shavings to absorb droppings, and nets are used to allow for simple litter disposal.

Choosing Noilers for Egg Production

Unlike conventional layer chickens, the farmer opted for noiler chickens, a dual-purpose breed known for both meat and egg production. In one section of his cage, he also keeps turkeys. In a recent video, he demonstrated how his noilers have matured and are now laying eggs consistently.

Many viewers asked about the age of his chickens and the type of feed he uses. He revealed that his noilers are 14 weeks old and are currently on grower feed. He plans to switch to layer mash or layer pellets once he sees the first eggs.
