Finance Requirements
For the Finance role, candidates must hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACA or ACCA are an added advantage. Applicants should have at least eight years of experience in telecoms, FMCG, or multinational companies. Expertise in accounting, financial reporting operations, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), statutory audit, and Oracle ERP is expected.
Airtel Business (Enterprise) Requirements
Applicants for the Airtel Business (Enterprise) role must have at least eight years of key account management experience, preferably in the telecom industry. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, communication, relationship management, negotiation, and customer focus skills. Successful candidates are expected to excel in execution and teamwork.
