Effective January 1, 2026, Tajudeen Ahmed has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board, while Omokunbi Adeoti and Olalekan Olabode join as non-executive directors. Profiles of the New Board Members
Tajudeen Ahmed brings over 25 years of extensive experience across consulting, banking, manufacturing, and capital markets. His career includes senior leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Arthur Andersen/KPMG, Zenith Bank Plc, Skye Bank Plc, Variant Advisory Limited, and BUA Group. Notably, he played a key role in the listing of BUA Foods Plc on the Nigerian Exchange. Ahmed holds a degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and an MBA with distinction from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
Omokunbi Adeoti, appointed as a Non-Executive Director, contributes over 24 years of expertise in human capital strategy, governance, and organizational transformation. She currently serves as the Chief People Experience Officer at Leadway Group, where she oversees human capital and customer experience across multiple business entities, bringing valuable insights to the board.
Olalekan Olabode joins as a finance and operations executive with over 18 years of multinational experience in logistics, supply chain, and corporate finance. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is currently an Executive MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, enhancing the board's financial acumen.
