Knorr Launches Nationwide Easter Initiative with Free Meals and WiFi
In a generous move to celebrate the Easter season, Knorr, Nigeria's premier seasoning brand, has announced a comprehensive initiative to distribute free, nourishing meals and provide complimentary WiFi access across the country. This program, running from April 3 to April 6, 2026, is a key component of Knorr's ongoing Share the Good campaign, designed to spread joy and connectivity during the festive period.
Churches Across Multiple States to Benefit
The initiative will prominently feature distribution points at churches in several Nigerian states, including Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Enugu, Imo, Abia, Anambra, and Edo, as well as the federal capital territory, Abuja. Residents in these areas are encouraged to visit participating churches to enjoy a warm meal and take advantage of the free WiFi services, fostering community spirit and convenience.
Expanding Reach to Commuters and Students
Beyond church settings, Knorr is extending its efforts to commuters and students. Passengers on major rail lines, such as the Kaduna–Abuja and Ibadan–Lagos NRC routes, along with the Lagos Blue Line, will receive complimentary meals and free WiFi during their journeys. Additionally, the initiative includes BRT networks in Lagos and Enugu, ensuring that daily travelers can partake in the offerings.
In partnership with Chorus Technologies, free WiFi will also be available at YabaTech hostel campuses, providing students with enhanced connectivity. This collaboration highlights Knorr's commitment to supporting educational environments and making technology accessible to a broader audience.
Invitation to Participate
Knorr invites all residents and commuters in the participating states to stop by the designated locations throughout the Easter weekend. This initiative aims to create memorable experiences and strengthen community bonds, aligning with the spirit of sharing and goodwill that defines the Easter celebration.
By combining nourishing meals with free WiFi, Knorr not only addresses immediate needs but also promotes digital inclusion, making this a multifaceted campaign that resonates with diverse segments of Nigerian society.
