The Lagos State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, through the State Examination Board, has announced the postponement of the previously scheduled Public Service Examinations. Originally set for May 14th to May 16th, 2026, the exams have been moved to new dates to ensure smooth administration.
New Examination Dates
According to an official statement from the board, the examination that was planned for Friday, May 15, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 19. Similarly, the test originally slated for Saturday, May 16, will now take place on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Both sessions will commence at 8:00 a.m.
Affected Candidates
Candidates impacted by this adjustment include those with examination numbers ADM5001-6000, EXT0751-1500, CA0001-0200, CSII, CSIII, and CSIV. The board also clarified that the afternoon sessions that were previously affected will now start at 8:00 a.m. instead.
The Lagos State Examination Board urged all candidates to take note of the revised schedule and plan accordingly. Further updates will be communicated through official channels.
