Owoeye Daniella Jesudunsin, the 16-year-old who achieved the highest score in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with 372 out of 400 marks, has delivered a crucial message to candidates preparing for the 2027 exam. The aspiring Medicine and Surgery student at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) shared her advice via a Facebook post on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
Early Preparation is Key
In her post, Daniella emphasized that candidates should not postpone their studies until the last moment. She stated, "The habits you build today will determine the results you celebrate tomorrow." Her message included three core principles: start early, remain consistent, and set ambitious goals.
She further elaborated through a flyer, warning against waiting until three months before the examination. "If you want to achieve great goals, you must be ready to put in great effort," the flyer read, reinforcing the need for sustained dedication.
