A free six-week programme is transforming the career prospects of young Nigerians by providing practical skills, internships, and job opportunities. Known as BeMINT 2.0, the initiative targets the critical gap between academic certificates and the hands-on abilities that employers demand.
Many Nigerian graduates possess degrees but lack the practical expertise required in today's job market. Simultaneously, numerous young people seek entry into the tech sector without financial resources or while awaiting university admission. Undergraduates also face barriers due to costly courses and academic schedules. BeMINT 2.0 addresses these challenges by offering a comprehensive, cost-free solution.
