Influencer Shot Dead in Targeted Drive-By Attack
Florida-based influencer Brianna Johnson, 21, known online as DreamDoll Brii, was fatally shot while driving her lime green Lamborghini Urus in Miramar, Florida, on Sunday, July 7. According to The New York Post, a white sedan pulled up alongside her vehicle and opened fire. Police confirmed Johnson later succumbed to her injuries.
Two Others Wounded in Attack
Two other individuals traveling in the Lamborghini were also shot. CBS reported both were men, and they were taken to a hospital in critical condition. Miramar Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
Vehicle Believed to Be Targeted
Police believe the vehicle may have been the intended target. “Certainly they targeted this particular car for some reason,” Miramar Police Chief Delrish Moss told NBC 6 South Florida. “We’re trying to figure out why.” Johnson’s family told 7News that she and the two other occupants had attended a large party earlier that night. The group later stopped at a Shell gas station, where a fight reportedly broke out. It is not yet clear whether that incident was connected to the shooting. Police have not confirmed a motive, and the investigation is underway.
