Apo Six Film 'The Night of June 7th' Out This June

Prepare to witness the truth when The Night of June 7th is released this June. On the morning of June 8th, 2005, the entire country woke up to shocking news – six young revellers had been killed by police after an encounter with a Deputy Commissioner of Police in a night club where the friends had gone to celebrate a birthday. Their story spread and they became known as the Apo Six.

The Night of June 7th, a film inspired by their story, will be released this June. The movie stars Femi Branch, Ali Nuhu, Gideon Okeke, and Charles Lenny. It is written and produced by Linda Ikeji and directed by Toka Mcbaror.
