Frustrating Delays

Despite completing biometrics, the passport has not been produced after more than one year. The applicant faced conflicting information from officials, with some claiming his payment had expired and suggesting he restart the process. This would mean forfeiting his original payment due to delays beyond his control. The online tracking system showed inconsistent status updates, moving from "Ready for Enrollment" to "Application Received" and then "Enrolled" in April 2026, indicating the application is still active.

The delay has caused significant stress and wasted time, affecting the applicant's opportunities, mobility, and career plans.
