Banditry and State Police Under Tinubu

Ayodele warned that banditry has become 'part and parcel of Nigeria's system,' adding that even God will not save the nation from the menace. He criticized the government's approach, stating that engaging more soldiers, even from the United States, will not yield good results. On state police, he predicted that the Tinubu government will implement the agenda but will take steps that frustrate its original purpose.

Previous Warnings on Appointees

Earlier, Ayodele had warned Bashir Adeniyi, Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service, and Nwakuche Ndidi, Controller-General of the Nigerian Correctional Service, that they could be dismissed by President Tinubu before the end of the current administration if not careful.
