North Central Group Applauds Faleke's Presidential Appointment as Renewed Hope Ambassador

The North Central Youths Support Group for Tinubu 2027 has extended congratulations to James Abiodun Faleke following his recent appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Faleke has been named as a Renewed Hope Ambassador and Deputy Secretary for Party Outreach, Engagement, and Mobilisation, a move that has garnered significant attention from political circles.

Recognition of Leadership and Experience

Hon. Hassan Omale Atayoma, the chairman of the group's Board of Trustees, described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Faleke's leadership capacity, extensive legislative experience, and strategic contributions to party development and national governance. Atayoma emphasized that Faleke, who represents Ikeja Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives and serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Finance, has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to legislative excellence, institutional strengthening, and grassroots political engagement.

In a related development, the director-general of the North Central Youths Support Group for Tinubu 2027, Comrade Abdullahi Muhammed Jemilu, congratulated the All Progressives Congress (APC) on its victory in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Area Council Elections held on Saturday, February 21. Jemilu described the election outcome as a clear reflection of the party's organisational strength, effective grassroots mobilisation, and growing public confidence in the APC's governance direction.

Jemilu stated, The results underscore increasing trust in the Renewed Hope agenda and the party's engagement with citizens at the grassroots level. He commended party candidates and supporters for their discipline and commitment to democratic principles throughout the electoral process. The group reaffirmed its commitment to supporting progressive leadership, strengthening party unity, and mobilising young people across the North Central region in alignment with democratic consolidation and national development objectives.

Additional Presidential Appointments

President Tinubu has also made other key appointments to bolster the Renewed Hope agenda. Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has been appointed as a Renewed Hope Ambassador and Deputy Director-General for Party Outreach, Engagement, and Mobilisation. This appointment, effective immediately, recognizes Governor Sani's salient leadership and organisational abilities, as noted by Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy.

Similarly, Gombe State Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has been appointed as a Renewed Hope Ambassador and Secretary for Party Outreach, Engagement, and Mobilisation. This role is aimed at strengthening the APC ahead of the 2027 general elections. Governor Yahaya is expected to collaborate closely with the director-general of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors and the national leadership of the APC to ensure harmony, inclusiveness, and strategic coordination across all levels of the party's mobilisation structure.
