The suspect, identified as Moses and a resident of Oboman in the Ga South Municipality, had visited his girlfriend, known as Sister Yaa, on the night of Wednesday, January 7, 2025, intending to spend the night with her. Enraged by the denial, Moses allegedly attacked Sister Yaa with a machete, inflicting severe wounds. He then dragged her out of her room and smashed her head with a concrete block, killing her instantly. The attack was so vicious that it left no chance for survival.
