Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) responded to the residence in Amouti, KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), and was presented with phone images showing a semi-naked woman on a bed. The victim's sister took the pictures and explained that she had found her sister incapacitated, with the suspect forcing himself on her.
The victim was intoxicated and unaware of the abuse taking place. When Reaction Officers arrested the man, he indicated that the woman's underwear was hidden under the bed.
