"He stole an iPhone 16, jumped on a bike and was blocked instantly by the man holding him down," Okwukwe explained. "Lady in the purple, that is the owner of the iPhone 16 and she didn’t even know her phone was gone until the man raised an alarm because he saw him take it from her bag and jumped on the bike.
