Twin Brothers Arrested in Texas for Revenge Killing After Forced Strip Robbery
Nigerian-American Twins Arrested for Revenge Murder in US

Two twin brothers of Nigerian descent have been taken into custody in the United States over their alleged involvement in two separate murder incidents. The arrests are connected to a shocking case of revenge for a past traumatic robbery.

The Arrests and Murder Charges

Samuel and Solomon Gbadebo, both aged 20, were arrested last week and formally charged with murder. According to a Fox News report from January 16, 2026, authorities in Texas, USA, state that one of the killings was an act of retaliation. This retaliation was for a 2021 armed robbery during which the twins themselves were victimized.

In that earlier incident, the perpetrator reportedly held the brothers at gunpoint and forced them to strip naked on camera. The recent police investigation has now tragically linked that past humiliation to a present-day homicide.

Timeline of the Two Shootings

The first fatal shooting occurred on November 15, 2025, at an apartment complex in north Fort Worth. Security footage captured a white Nissan Altima entering the parking lot around 1:30 a.m. The video also showed 19-year-old Devan Randles with three other men, who police believe were breaking into cars.

A shooting subsequently took place, and Randles was found dead from gunshot wounds. The Nissan Altima was seen fleeing the scene, but initial investigations failed to identify suspects.

The second murder happened in the early hours of November 30, 2025, in the parking lot of Flips Patio Grill. Isaiah Gonzales, a 20-year-old employee, was leaving the establishment with his girlfriend around 2 a.m. Surveillance video showed two men, who had been loitering, run up to Gonzales's car and fire guns through the windshield.

Gonzales suffered critical injuries and was later pronounced dead at a hospital. Investigators found shoe prints from Nike Air Force 1s at the scene but again hit a dead end in identifying suspects.

How the Investigation Unfolded

Authorities eventually connected the two cases by tracing the Nissan Altima from the first murder to the second crime scene and then to the mother of the Gbadebo twins. The brothers were also seen wearing clothing and shoes that matched evidence from the crime scenes.

A major breakthrough came from a tipster. This informant told police that Gonzales, the victim of the second shooting, was the same person who had robbed the Gbadebo brothers years earlier. The tipster also claimed to have heard that the twins were responsible for Gonzales's death.

Acting on this information, investigators searched Gonzales's belongings. They discovered video evidence showing two young Black men being held at gunpoint while naked. Using facial recognition technology, authorities confirmed the men in the video were Samuel and Solomon Gbadebo.

Despite the twins reportedly filing a robbery report in 2021, no documentation could be found showing that Isaiah Gonzales was ever arrested for that alleged crime.

Failed Arrests and Final Apprehension

Fort Worth police had previously searched the twins' apartment on December 12, but did not find enough evidence to directly link them to the murders. Later that same day, Samuel Gbadebo was arrested after a police chase but bonded out due to insufficient evidence.

It was only after the continued investigation, which pieced together the revenge motive and the video evidence, that authorities secured enough for a conclusive arrest. The Gbadebo twins were taken into custody last week and now face murder charges for their alleged actions.

This complex case highlights a tragic cycle of violence, where victims of a serious crime are accused of taking the law into their own hands years later, with devastating consequences for all involved.
