Reflecting on his path, Nnayi expressed that if he had stayed in Nigeria, believing the country would improve as many do, he might have ended up as a labourer or in an even worse situation. He emphasized that he chose not to wait for change but to actively pursue opportunities overseas, stating, "Our parents said Nigeria will get better, so they were told and now we have youths thinking the same. Well I didn’t do that. I went to find greener pastures and decided to love Nigeria from the diaspora. If I didn’t do that I might have been stuck as a labourer or even worse. Better move now."

In his post, Nnayi urged others not to fall into the trap of complacency, warning that staying put can lead to being trapped and unable to progress. He shared, "If you don’t run away you’ll find yourself trapped and can’t do it because I have friends that had means to run but said it will be better and decided to stay before you know it they are settling down and adapting to the state of the country and not progressing as they should." He concluded with a heartfelt plea, "Don’t let that be your case make a difference for your life. That’s all I can advise."
