Chairman of the National Sports Commission, Shehu Dikko, was a standout recipient, earning the Sportsville Sports Transformative Impact Award for his groundbreaking reforms. In his acceptance speech, Dikko emphasized that the accolade represents a debt to be repaid through unwavering commitment to advancing Nigerian sports. He dedicated the award to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the hardworking staff of the NSC, stating, "This is a call to do more... it's a debt that must be paid with total dedication to further reforms and development in Nigerian sports." Enitan Oshodi and Amadin Desmond Enabulele Among Distinguished Honorees
Enitan Oshodi, President of the African Table Tennis Federation, was celebrated as the Sports Personality of the Year, sharing this recognition with Itiako Ikpokpo, promoter of the Niger Delta Games. Meanwhile, Edo State Sports Commission Chairman Amadin Desmond Enabulele received the Sportsville Visionary Leadership Award for his forward-thinking leadership and contributions to sports development in the region.
