Gospel Singer Kunle Kenny Vows to Get Vasectomy to Protect Wife from Birth Control Side Effects
Nigerian gospel singer Kunle Kenny has made a firm declaration regarding family planning, stating that he will take responsibility for birth control by undergoing a vasectomy rather than allowing his wife to endure the potential side effects of contraceptives.
The singer took to social media platform X to share his stance, revealing that once he and his wife have reached their desired number of children, he will step up to manage contraception. In his post, he wrote: "Nobody is putting any birth control thing inside my wife’s body. No extraneous chemicals or pills. We will only have kids when we BOTH unanimously agree, as God allows in His mercy. And when we’re done, I’m getting a vasectomy. A woman’s body is too sensitive for these chemicals. The side effects are crazy!"
Kenny's statement has resonated with many of his male followers, who expressed their support and shared similar views on taking equal responsibility in family planning. The post has sparked conversations about shared contraceptive duties and the importance of considering women's health in birth control decisions.
