Smallest Penis Owner Gets Free Surgery Offer from Doctor

A 38-year-old man from North Carolina who claims to have the world's smallest penis has received a free cosmetic enhancement offer worth $20,000 from a Beverly Hills doctor. Dr. Robert Dorfman told TMZ he was moved by the story of Michael Phillips and wants to help improve his confidence at no cost.

Doctor's Motivation and Offer

"I understand how deeply personal these concerns can be," Dorfman said. "They can have a significant impact on self-esteem and confidence. If I have the opportunity to help someone feel better about themselves, I'm happy to offer my services at no cost." Dr. Dorfman has proposed his 'Mr. Big Shot' procedure, which uses cosmetic filler injections to increase penile girth in about 30 minutes without surgery. Patients undergo a consultation first to determine suitability.

Phillips' Condition and Struggles

Phillips, who says he has been medically diagnosed with a micropenis, previously revealed that his condition affects both his confidence and everyday life. He claimed his penis measures about 0.38 inches and said he struggles to urinate comfortably, comparing its erect size to his pinky fingernail. Earlier this year, Phillips launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for enlargement surgery but later took it down after learning about potential risks, including loss of sensation and erectile function. He has since expressed interest in non-surgical treatment options instead.

Next Steps

Dorfman said his goal is to help people feel more confident through safe, personalised treatment. Phillips had also previously said he was considering applying for a Guinness World Records title for having the world's smallest penis. If he accepts the doctor's offer, he could soon undergo the enhancement procedure free of charge.
