According to VDM, Kuti once called him to say a lady was interested in meeting him. During Kuti's birthday celebration, the lady—described as beautiful and a single mother—was introduced to VDM. He further claimed that the lady was brought to his hotel room, where they became romantic, and that she visited him again on another occasion.
