A pro-Tinubu support group, BTO4PBAT2027, has called on Nigerians to begin nationwide mobilization in support of President Bola Tinubu's re-election bid ahead of the 2027 general elections. The group directed its members across all administrative levels to consolidate backing for the president's re-election, citing ongoing infrastructure strides as foundational to the country's development trajectory.
Call for Continuity
In a statement issued by the group's Director-General, Adesuyi Adojutelegan, he maintained that sustained public backing would help guarantee the full realization of the administration's policy objectives. According to him, the Tinubu administration's portfolio of ongoing reforms and economic initiatives, alongside its commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda, has established what he described as a core foundation for national development.
Adojutelegan said that ongoing support from citizens would help strengthen the progress made and ensure that policies aimed at improving welfare, enhancing security, and boosting the economy for Nigerians are effectively carried out.
Grassroots Mobilization
The group further emphasized the necessity of grassroots mobilization and active democratic participation, urging supporters at the ward, local government, state, and national levels to sustain citizen engagement with the administration's programmes, vision, and recorded accomplishments ahead of the 2027 polls.
He said, “We have witnessed the laying of a solid foundation through the Renewed Hope Agenda, and it is imperative that Nigerians from all walks of life begin now to mobilise support to ensure continuity.”
Appreciation for Interior Minister
BTO4PBAT also expressed appreciation to the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, acknowledging his support and dedication to the Renewed Hope Agenda. The group reaffirmed its commitment to peaceful political engagement and expressed confidence that Tinubu would secure a successful second term with what it termed sustained support from the Nigerian populace.
