The suspect revealed that Felix Godwin allegedly transferred the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000) through an Access Bank account to hire four gunmen from Ayamelum Local Government Area. Additionally, one Emeka, whose surname is currently unknown and hails from Urum Community, reportedly led the assault.
Onyenwe further stated that Felix Godwin provided him with Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N350,000) specifically for the purchase of four packets of cartridges used during the operation. This financial trail is now a key focus of the investigation.
