Police Parade ASP, 4 Others for Killing Man in Delta

The Nigeria Police Force has paraded ASP Nuhu Usman and four other policemen involved in the killing of 28-year-old Mine Ogidi in Delta State. The incident occurred when Mine went to a park to collect a parcel sent to him by an unidentified person. Upon discovery that the parcel contained a gun, Usman, while interrogating the suspect, fired gunshots at him, leading to his death.

Investigation and Dismissal

Following an investigation, the police command confirmed the dismissal of the five officers involved. They are scheduled to be arraigned for murder. Authorities are still searching for a driver who transported the parcel from Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, to Delta State, where it was handed over to the deceased.
