Dollery, who worked as a non-licensed substitute teacher during the 2025-2026 academic year, was arrested on school grounds. Following the arrest, the individual was removed from the school district’s substitute teaching roster.

The suspect has been charged with threats of bodily harm and is currently being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. A court appearance has been scheduled for May 26.
